I offer a complimentary 30-min Consultation during which I learn about your desires, hopes and dreams; share more about my somatic sex coaching approach, and see if we might be a good fit.

What to expect from the Consultation

It is common for people to feel nervous and unsure of what to expect. Know that your comfort is of primary importance for me as we assess your personal, sexual, family, relationship, social, and cultural history, your emotional landscape, and sensitivities. In the end, we'll determine if sex and intimacy coaching is what you need.

Details

My coaching is available in packages only. Our sexuality is complex and often we have to process a lifetime of toxic sexual conditioning. It takes time to educate and redefine yourself to start feeling sexually empowered and develop skills that will help you to have a more fulfilling sex life.

The initial coaching package includes:

75-min long sessions three times a month
Email support between sessions
Personalized resources (videos, guided audio practices) related to things you need to work on
Action steps between sessions, in order to help you integrate the tools and practices into your life
Your commitment: 4 months (you don’t need to commit until after the first session)

* I offer several spots for economically disadvantaged populations, please inquire about it if it’s applicable.
