This Tantra Yoga Retreat is for You if

How it works
We’ll start with a virtual session during which I can learn your unique history, desires and challenges. It’ll allow me to design a schedule that would be custom-tailored for your particular needs.
We will also discuss dates that could work for you and fit my schedule and the location for the retreat.
Every day will start with a movement class (yoga, qigong, massage), followed by breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll have 2h long coaching sessions. After lunch, you’ll have time for yourself and another 2h long session. After dinner, we’ll meet to talk about your progress, and I’ll answer any questions that may come up. You’ll receive one play-assignment to complete before the next day.
